Today, we're opening Care Hero AI to healthcare professionals. If you're a GP, specialist, nurse, psychologist, dentist, or allied health practitioner—you can now apply for access.
Fill out our waitlist form, and we'll verify your healthcare credentials. Turnaround is typically 1–3 days. Once approved, you're in—free to use during our beta period.
Why we built Care Hero differently
Before diving into features, here's the core idea.
Most healthcare platforms bolt AI onto existing systems—a chatbot in a sidebar, an auto-complete here and there. We took a different approach. Care Hero AI is a dedicated workspace where AI has room to work with your full patient context.
The result: when doctors process high patient volumes, working memory saturates. Pattern recognition weakens. Documentation becomes survival shorthand. AI can act as an external memory and safety layer—but only if it has the space to do so. That's why we designed the entire interface around what AI can do when given proper context, not as an afterthought.
Less copy-pasting. Less context-switching. You ask, and the AI answers with the full picture in mind.

What we've been doing since July 2025
We've spent the past seven months in closed beta, working closely with GPs in Singapore to understand how AI can genuinely help in clinical practice. We also engaged dentists, psychologists, and non-medical partners to test ideas across different workflows.
Most of that time went into the unglamorous work: tooling the AI infrastructure together, integrating the latest models, and building stability. The closed beta was primarily about validating ideas and understanding what clinicians actually need.
Now, with the public beta, we're stress-testing the platform more broadly.
What to expect from a beta
Let's be direct: this is beta software.
You may encounter bugs. Some features may not work as expected. We're actively developing the platform, and things will change based on what we learn. This isn't a polished, finished product—it's a work in progress that we're building alongside early users.
We're not opening the floodgates to mass users. Access is intentionally limited so we can respond to issues quickly, gather meaningful feedback, and iterate. If you're joining, you're helping us build this.
That said, we've put significant effort into stability and security. We wouldn't be opening up if we didn't believe the core experience is useful. But please go in with calibrated expectations.
What's ready now
Care Hero AI is built around three core workflows: Connect, Research, and Generate. Here's what you can do today.
Connect
- SGimed integration — If you use SGimed as your CMS, you can sync and pull in existing patient records. This is the first CMS we've integrated; Plato, Clinic Assist, and others are on the way.
- No CMS? No problem — You can use Care Hero without any CMS integration. Create patient spaces manually, write notes in our editor, upload documents. The AI benefits are available regardless of whether you're connected to a clinic system.
- Patient spaces — Create dedicated workspaces for each patient
- Case note editor — Write and organize clinical notes in a clean, distraction-free interface
- PDF and image uploads — Upload lab results, scans, referral letters, and other documents directly to patient files
- Templates — Turn any note into a reusable template. We've also curated a starter set of templates—developed with our medical advisor—for common clinical scenarios. Use ours or build your own
Research
- AI assistant — Query your patient's data and documents in natural language. The AI sees the full picture—history, medications, allergies, past visits—so you don't have to copy-paste context every time
- Multiple models — Access OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini. We update to the latest versions as they're released. Daily usage limits apply during beta
- Deep research — For complex questions, run a deeper analysis that synthesizes information across documents and clinical knowledge
- Grounded citations — Every response is backed by sources you can verify, so you know where the information comes from
Generate
We're shipping nine ready-to-use prompts, designed to save you time on routine work:
- Recent Visits Summary — Catch up on a patient's visit history in seconds
- Patient Background — Auto-generate a clinical overview from available data
- Social & Family History — Surface lifestyle and hereditary factors
- Drug Allergies — Flag known allergies before prescribing
- Red Flags — Highlight critical risks that need immediate attention
- Drug Interactions — Check for contraindications across current medications
- Generate SOAP — Produce structured notes ready for your CMS
- Referral Letter — Draft specialist referrals in one click
- Schemes & Subsidies — Find applicable government programs (Singapore-focused)
These prompts are grounded in your patient's actual data—not generic textbook answers. And they're just a starting point. We'll add more based on what you tell us is useful.
